Rachel Cox (the daughter of Emily Downey who was a 30 year resident of Stonegate) recently received a 5 organ transplant. She is looking for all kinds of support-financial but also community support-cards, etc. especially when she come home in two months or so.

I used to know the family. She was always really sick and in a hospital. Is there an address so we can send cards?
