Just realized that I will be out of town August 1st.

Is August 8th or sometime that week work for everyone?

Just making sure everyone is aware that the next board meeting has been moved to August 10th.

I got it. If people will read the minutes posted, they would be aware of a lot, including dates of meetings. They would also be able to properly approve the minutes, knowing the content.

Wanted to send a quick reminder that our next board meeting is Thursday August the 11th at 6:30.

Main focus of this meeting is to go over revisions of bylaws and prepare for general membership meeting.
